Appointments:
- * For a Face-to- Face consultation, you can either book online via. our HotDoc Page here or call reception.
- * Telehealth strongly recommended where appropriate for patients who have had a face-to-face visit within the last 12 months. Exemptions are allowed and eligibility criteria apply. The current exemption MBS guidelines state that the;If the patient is:
• Under the age of 12 months.
• Homeless.
• Isolating because of a COVID-related State or Territory public health order, or in COVID19 quarantine because of a State or Territory public health order. NB: This provision is retained in the regulation but is idle until activated by jurisdictions implementing relevant public health orders.
• Affected by natural disaster, defined as living in a local government area declared a natural disaster by a State or Territory GovernmentPlease refer to Medicare Benefits Schedule (MBS) criteria online.
New Patients:
- * Download and complete New Patient Registration forms (Adult/Child) available here.
- * Bring Medicare card, concession cards, and referrals.
Home Visits & Walk-Ins:
* GPs may choose to provide home visits subject to the clinic policies.
- * Walk-in consultations available based on doctor availability and triage.
Fees & Billing:
- * Bulk billing is available for all eligible patients with a valid Medicare Card.
- * Standard private fees for non-Medicare card holders.
Telehealth Info:
- * 24 hr email confirmations and reminders automatically sent via. HotDoc.
- * Ensure webcam + internet; video call link via HotDoc.
Parking & Access:
* Free on-site parking and disabled access.
- * Close to public transport (bus routes servicing Northern Hwy).
